We can provide only one parking space in the courtyard of our house in Nevskii 156 for a fee, a parking space is reserved in advance.
Parking on Ochakovskaya 7 is free of charge
We are not responsible for left luggage. The most convenient way to leave your luggage is in the luggage room at the luggage room at Moskovsky train Station 15 minutes from us
You can invite your friends (no more than 2 people) from 9:00 to 22:00. The accommodation of guests over the specified time is charged separately

We don't do daily rooms cleaning during guest's stay at Nevskii 156/ Ocakovskaya ,7 is cleaned every 5 days with change of towels and linen.
If the guest's stay exceeds 7 calendar days, we can deduct the cleaning fee in the amount of 1,500 rubles upon departure
